Dealing with Staff Issues vis-à-vis The Miners Massacre in South Africa.

We have to send condolences to those families whose members were brutally murdered by a lack of co-operation from management.

3        The Book is based on: – 

The book is based on personal experiences and exposures stretching over 35 years – and 12 years as a Management and Human Resources Consultant, Advisor and Expert. 

There are bad fish (apples) in each basket – but generally even if to be labeled naïve and non-suspecting – but the people are generally decent, nice and good. 

Honestly and truthfully, I have had bad experiences with all the ex South Africans I had dealt with – even if peers – and unfortunately by default all were Whites – and left the country of South Africa to return to UK and now with British passports. 

Two were males – one female. The female was the worst bxxyytredsaerr I had ever met in my life (excuse the language!) – and do not forget that they were expatriates in our own country. The way they treated Omanis us the locals was pretty awful and nasty – to say the least! 

Yet I was a Senior peer and as a Consultant and Advisor. It was NO USE complaining to our more Senior Local Managers and The Boards even. 

I am NOT A RACIALIST – because these things did really happen – even to me! But I was not surprised to see the massacre of these protesting miners – to say the least. I watched the callousness of the Management – and how they were talking about the massacre. 

Admittedly the strike was illegal, there were union in-fights, and the miners too were very aggressive and forceful in their demands – but the end result in massacre – disproportionate – SHOULD NOT have happened in Independent Free South Africa! 

It is a bloody shame and disgrace – to say the least! 

And all the other happenings around the world – from Syria, India, Burma, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia …. And so on!
